Returns
Due to the hygiene and delicate nature of jewellery, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been delivered.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item
To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Description of the issue
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Exchange Conditions
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• Exchange requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
• Customized or personalized jewellery
